Using quitting smoking hypnosis is a perfectly reasonable thing to do as part of any quit smoking plan. Even though some people are fearful about hypnosis, it is a generally safe and helpful method.
If you’re interested in hypnosis, you can use either self-hypnosis or seek help from a therapist. If the hypnosis is undertaken with a therapist, it can be one-on-one or in group sessions. Some therapists travel and hold sessions in rather large meeting halls. One advantage of group sessions is that they are less expensive than having private sessions.
