Quit Smoking and Stop Creating Disease

By smoking, you know you’re creating disease and harming yourself, but did you know smoking can actaully damage DNA? That’s right, smoking cigarettes has even been shown to damage and alter our DNA, which passes the effect of this highly toxic habit to our children, grandchildren and so on down the line.

In light of this new knowledge, don’t you think it’s time you gave some serious thought to quitting smoking. Because, when your children and grandchildren are born with genetic defects and they are looking at you, how ever much pleasure you think cigarettes are giving  to you now, it can’t be greater than the shame you’ll feel when you know you had a first hand role in creating disease and defects in your off-spring.

It’s common knowledge that cigarette smoking fills your body with many poisons with each drag. But perhaps the roadblock for you is in how to quit smoking. Quitting smoking can actually be easy, if you make a concerted effort to remove the chemical contamination that you’ve been adding to your body with smoking. You know, the chemicals that are actually causing your cravings.

By removing the chemicals from your body with body cleansing, and you can diminish your cravings considerably, which makes dropping the habit much easier. Besides with deep body cleansing, you can help reverse the disease creation process that you have been contributing to with each and every cigarette filled puff you taken.

If doing a body cleanse is new for you, do some research, but think along the lines of eating only fresh foods from nature and drinking fresh fruit and vegetable juices. You can also do colon cleansing and liver cleansing to really speed those toxic chemicals out of your body. By making efforts to remove those toxic chemicals, you’ll be surprised how easy quitting really is. You’ll be glad you did…
